Well my WMS was delivered from TP today. First off, never again will I be a cheap skate and opt for the free food grade bag...this stuff is MESSY...I transfered the ten pounds from the bag into tupper ware containers and am now covered in it...I feel like the Swedish Chef from the Muppets.
I have tried most everything else for PWO, including whole meals, dex, bagel, dex/malto...Up until today I was using dex. I have been hearing some good things about WMS from a number of boards; therefore, after my next workout, I will make the switch and will update in a week, or two.
