Some of you might remember me most prolly wont. I havent been on in about a year. Long story short when I left i was 6'1 220, tore my supraspinatus and was off lifting for a year. Now Im like 195 and have a jumbo gut and scrawny everywhere else.
My shoulder is still shitty but good as it will get. I have been trying to get back into lifting but everytime I do I get an injury, usually my wrists or elbows kill. I think its tendonitis or something. Im going to give it a shot again. Anyone with advice about the joints its welcome.
