A picture will have to do, or you'll just have to trust me. But my military only does go to my chin, i have never gone down any further, puts to much strain on my shoulders, and feels like im going to injure them, so I guess im not doing a real rep

. The bench comes to my chest and back up, back up powefully? eh not so much, it might take a little bit, a good struggle, but it does go up, thats what iwould quialify as a MAX lift, if it went up 1 rep easy then i would think i woudl be able to get another and that wouldnt be max correct?
As far as my squat im not pulling some kind of tom platz shit, like ass to the grass squats, that shits pure insanity, i can prob do mabye 400 pounds ass to grass. Mabye my defenition off lifts are different then yours, or everyone else it seems.
Ill tell you that there not worthless half reps, according to you the are, or the powerlifting association, but im not a power lifter, so i wouldnt know.
