Liquid Supplements

I'm not really able to take pills much cause I have a gag reflex when I try to swallow them. I am however in need of some liver protectant and a multi-vitamin. Do you guys know if they make a liquid live protectant? Also what is a good liquid multi-vitamin? I have seen a few but they are always so much more expensive. Thanks for any help.

1st thing that comes to mind is liquid gear .... but really though, umm... i remember vaguely the name of 'em but Natural Food stores sell them, liquid multi, liquid cal+mag, liquid minerals... the label is a white triangle with a red/blue/yellow background(depending on the selection) the name of the manufacturer starts with an "F" flora something maybe... but i explain to you
with all i remember because these were really great and highly reputable... Chains like Wild Oats and Whole Foods carry 'em

there are liquid mulitis out there not sure about liver support, but why not just buy capsules and open them out and just take the powder i used to do that with some caps that were too big to swallow

I had milk thistle capsules and opened them. They wouldn't dissolve in my orange juice so it was pretty nasty. I guess it would be ok to still drink even if it doesn't dissolve right? I never just put the powder straight in my mouth. Kinda afraid of what it might taste like. Would I still get the full benefit of everything if I open the capsule and blend them in with my protein shakes every day? I will keep looking to see what I can find. Thanks for the info guys.

dont blend it you might waste some, just put some flavored liquid in your mouth open the capsule and drop the powder in your mouth it tastes like crap but only for a few seconds
