So I am going to do my first cycle of test e and eq. And I plan to use saw palmetto, spironolactone(cream) and nizoral. I am not going to use finasteride(yet) as this will be a lower dose cycle (Im thinking 300mg test ew and 4-600 mg eq ew) and I want to see how I react. I want to know what yall think about this and find out some dosage and scheduling recommends. I am 23 years old and have never cycled before. I think I am probably prone to MPB as my moms dad is bald and my dad has a much receded hair line.
Also can you buy spiro cream anywhere already made up, or do you have to make it yourself? Any help is much appreciated!
