i have a quick question what fat burns do you guys think are good?
I asked this question a little while ago. i ended up ordering ripped fuel from allsportsnutrition. It will get here really quick and i am excited to try it!
hey let me know how the rip fuel works out for you
my favorite fat burner is cardio, works every time
my fav fat burner is eating the right things....
but clen/t3 comes in a good 2nd...
no i do cardio and eat right i just wanted to see wat you guys thought.
my wife used Thermotabs by Gaspari and really liked them.
sorry if i sound dumb but can some body explain wat clen/ t3 is and how it works i am new sorry
no such thing as a dumb question, there are things we all still need to learn. For now just do a search for clen t3 and read up on the results, t3 is too short of a term to search on but together you should get some matches, I don't know much about it but I've seen plenty of threads that should point you in the right direction.
cool thanks i am really starting to like this forum at first i was kind of nervous at first to ask questions now i am feeling good lots of help thanks
I had best results from Lipo 6. Thats out of 5 I have tried.
The best I've used, and I swear by it is Lipodrene with No carb Monster XXL before workout with some aspirin thrown in for good measure. I usually go one week on Lipodrene then the next on creatine, but I'm thinking about adding Superdrol to the creatine time.
I like adding green tea to anything I take. Seems to help me atleast. I used to take Ripped Fuel and it was great for energy. Im thinking of trying Lipo 6 myself. From the threads Ive read about it for a while, seems to be a solid choice with pretty good feed back.
Ive heard the new amplify 02 might work as a fatburner as well, but I cant say for sure. I havent tried it and its still kinda new, so not much feedback in the fat loss area of it.
