Dam this sux and I have no Idea what the hell is going on! The Outside of my left wrist is killing me but... all the way up almost like its the tendon kills to push things..... can still pull with minimal pain. My bench went from 300+ to working sets with 135lbs over night =P Can anyone tell me what the hell this is... also hurst the most when I Suppinate(or whatever I dont even know if thats right) when I do curls(regular curls) =P
