I did not do my PCT correctly on my last PCT cycle. I lost a lot of muscle after my cycle that it was disappointing.
This time, I want to make sure that my PCT is sufficient for this new cycle that I'm doing. Can you please let me know if this is enough? I don't want to lose that hard earned muscles again!
Cycle:
Week 1-10: Test E (400mg/week)
Week 1-10: HCG (50 units/week)
Week 1-10: Deca (1cc/week)
Week 3-10: Anavar (1 ED)
Week 1-10: Arimidex or Nolvadex (1 EOD)
Here's my PCT for this cycle:
Week 13-16: Clomid (1 ED)
Week 13-16: HCG (50 units EOD)
Please let me know if my PCT is sufficient for me NOT to lose those earned muscles.
