yea what pewntang said and youre telling us in cc's what your doing but that doesnt help us how many mg's are you doing a week? are you taking any support supps?
Yeah, we need to know the mg/ml ratio of each of the oils. Also, 1 cc of deca a week doesn't seem like much, given that the deca is probably 300mg/ml or less.

nyjets fan cut me some slack I was at work and I had to rush bro. I'm 5'9 230 pounds. I've been training for 15 years, competed for powerlifting. Pulled a 600 and squated 725 natural. Now I'm a little more into bodybuilding but with strength still an intrical part of my training. I like running Deca at a low dose because I really think that any more than 300 mgs is a waste a money. I'll up my Test E up 400 mgs a week. Not trying to make monster gains. My job would suspect something. Hint, I wear a uniform.
Tell me what you guys think of my diet help critique it.
5:30 7 egg whites 1 yolk
1 bowl of oat meal flax seed oil
8:30 protein shake and apple vitamin pack
11:45 grilled chicken brown rice green beans and flax
2:00 protein shake, or bar
3:30 train
5:00 shake with creatine
7:00 fish/steak/or chicken brown rice
9:00 shake with peanut butter
roughly my totals are
4100 cals 320 grams of protein 200 grams of carbs
my bad, usually when people type posts like you did they dont know what they are doing, one question is that your entire diet bc it doesnt look like 4100 cals
those protein shakes I was talking about are muscle milk, I don't remember exactly how many cals off hand, but I know they're pretty high. At least 400.
I don't have anything against protein shakes, but in my opinion you would do better the get more of your nutrition from healthy whole foods rather than shakes.
It's impossible, I thought the same thing. I've even prepared foods the night before, I don't have the time to eat it though. I can always slam down a shake or a bar though. If thats what I have to do, to get my protein in, then thats what I have to do.
i agee a lot of the times you dont have time for a real meal so you have to just drink a shake
I would tweak your early meal. I'd do just 10 egg whites and 1 cup of oats. Leave the fat out. Also, is your second meal a protein shake and an apple with a vitamin pack? Or is it just a shake and a vitamin pack? In any case I would change that meal to either shake/flax(or pb) if you are trying to cut, or to Shake/complex carb if you are bulking. I'd save the apple (if it is an apple and not just an apple flavored vitamin pack) for your pre-workout meal to have along with a shake.

I see the flax with the shake for meal 2 would be better, I'll save the apple for later b4 training.

Good leg workout today, ended with 595 for 8 without a belt or wraps. Felt strong. My first week on cycle too. Looking forward to some great results in the upcoming weeks.
