what do you guys think and would you add something else. little info 5'6 190lbs 10%bf well over my 5th cycle.
1-14 1000mgs of sust a week maybe 750mgs
1-12 600mgs deca a week
1-6 100mgs d-bol ed
taking in 4000,5000 calories a day.. im hopeing to gain 12-15lbs of muscle offf this putting me at 205lb when all said and done. just keeping the cycle simple more isisnt always better but if anyone has any better ideas im listining.
