Doing great on Cytomel at 120mcg per day.
Here the question.
I been doing the fat burn setting on the eliptical for the 3 weeks, an hour each day. I was told this is better rather than doing high intensity cardio for an hour since that would break down muscle. Is this true, or would doing the cardio setting be better.
Fat burn keep Heart Rate at 123
Cardio keeps heart rate at 152
I'm 31 years old, weigh 205, 17% BF. Loooking to get down to 13-14% in next months or so to start new cycle
