    Cytomel 3rd week Fat burn Vs. Cardio for wieght loss.

    Doing great on Cytomel at 120mcg per day.
    Here the question.
    I been doing the fat burn setting on the eliptical for the 3 weeks, an hour each day. I was told this is better rather than doing high intensity cardio for an hour since that would break down muscle. Is this true, or would doing the cardio setting be better.
    Fat burn keep Heart Rate at 123
    Cardio keeps heart rate at 152
    I'm 31 years old, weigh 205, 17% BF. Loooking to get down to 13-14% in next months or so to start new cycle

    When I switched over from bodybuilding to MMA I realized I needed to do a lot of cardio so I wouldn't get my ass kicked grappling. At first I was afraid of losing muscle. After a couple of months doing high intensity cardio for 45min to 1hr at LEAST once a day, I realized I was only burning bodyfat. I'm an endomorph, so I can get away with all that cardio....more like I need all that cardio rather.
    I beleive you'd be fine on the cardio setting, just keep your protein high and eat your fruits and veges (they contain plenty of micronutrients to help you hold onto your muscle).

    if you diet is good then I wouldn't worry about losing muscle if you did intense cardio for about an hour.
