Hello guys,
I am a new guy to all of this, I workout and have a hard time keepin the gain I have. I work in NYC and go to the gym 3 times a week. I am 6 feet tall and weight around 170-175, I have to eat all the time. Let me know if you guys have any advice for me on how to get started. I have accomplish almost everything in my career and now want to challenge myself and get bigger and stronger.
