what I do is do my power movements first on my lifting days obviously, so bench for chest, deads every other week for back, bent overs the other weeks, squats for legs etc. I warmup with 2 sets of 12, then go to a weight I can hit 5 with EASY, like id really hit it problably 8-10, then a weight i cant hit 6 with. All other accessory lifts after that are light, 8-15 reps. Can you do that year round? or do i eventually have to humble myself and do sets of 10 with the compounds? by HAVE TO, i mean will i HAVE TO do that for results to keep coming?
