insulin

can anybody give me some advice on insulin. i am a competitive bb and fairly knowledgeable about AS ( 5 years usage ) but have heard so much scary crap about insulin that i need some proper advice from the people in the know.
any replies appreciated.

i take between 5-10 IUs a few times a week for 2 weeks on 4 weeks off just to give myself that extra advantage, if you take it when and how its supposed to be taken it works miracles, some complain about getting fat off it, in all honesty it has made me more solid and more vascular...good luck and be careful

that dosing schedule is a little sketch though, imo you should start off at 2 or 3 IUs and work your way up through 10, see how you handle it, how quick it hits you, record your data and then work from that...you dont wanna quicly jump off using too much and not know how to handle yourself...good luck
