Hi Everyone,
I am a 25 year old 6'2 male. I am in good shape and weigh in at about 213. I have three months to get the fastes results I can. I am running a mile or two every day and hitting the gym 5 times a week. I need a supplement that will allow me to see results quickly. I am mainly concerned with chest and arms as I will be attending Police Academy in October or November. PLEASE HELP!!! I can't stress enough how important this is to me. The guys I'm going in with are twice my size, its going to make for a painful 16 weeks of Academy. Please let me know what to use for the fastest but safeest results.
