    Question Curious about my BF%

    Not the best shape but I think I am getting there slowly but surely.

    Just started my cutting diet about 5 days ago.

    Whaty do you guys think my bf is?

    I know the pics arnt much to work with.

    23yr old

    No cycle history.

    236lbs.

    Your upper body about 20% when you include water is what i would guess.

    BMI is rubbish i am at 34 so i am considered dangerously over weight give me a break.

    i would agree with this if not maybe a liitle more, dont get me wrong you look nice and buff but usually on most men you could start to see 4 abs at 15% and i ddint see them.

    Zero accuracy all that damn BMI chart does is up my insurance if i go with a company that uses it at close to 240lb at 5ft8 i am considered pretty fecked even though i have a perfect 6 pack at this weight
