Do you have fever? is the injection site red and or hot ?? How do you feel overall besides the pain? Keep an close eye on it and see a doc if it is bad!!!

Watch it and make sure to be aware if you get an increased body temp or the lump gets hot and or red.. ( sign of possible infection) .. Good luck and hope all goes well .... Please keep us posted on your staus...
