First Timer doing a cycle

Im new to the forums here, so first off, hello everyone.

Ive going to be doing a Deca Winstrol cycle in about a month and have been doing some research about how much and how long to take each one. This is what I have come up with.

Weeks 1-6 350mg per week of Deca
Weeks 7-12 350mg per week of Deca + 50mg ED of Winstrol
Week 13 100mg Clomid ED
Week 14 50 mg Clomid ED

I would like some insight on this cycle because everytime I search for info I get answers that conflict with eachother. any help would be much appreciated. thanks.

welcome, first off what are your stats? Second, deca/winny is a poor cycle choice to run as a first cycle or any cycle for numerous reasons. Your dick can stop working for starters b/c you have no exogenous test in your body b/c of the highly suppresive nature of deca. Your PCT is too short and the start times are way off. I suggest you do more research

oh man deca without test is horrible bro. You gonna get a limp dick for almost ur whole cycle. I think you should just run a 500mg of test E for 12 week cycle and save those other compounds for your 2nd cycle. Also your pct is horrible for that cycle its to short.

Try this instead
1-12 deca 300-400mg
1-14 test E or C 300-500mg

Forget the winny test and deca is already a monster first cycle
Start pct 2 weeks after last test shot, should last at least 1 month of at minimum a serm like nolvadex and an AI like aromasin

I'm assuming your goals are to get bigger and stronger and you are at least 21 and work out and have propper diet.

im 21, 6' 185. So if I add some test in should i cut the winstrol until a later cycle? thanks for the help

id stay away from winstrol to start. At 6'1 185 if i was you i d go with kratos's advice, 500 test e , 300 or 400 decca. I am on bout this same cycle for my first and it is great.
Make sure to have ALL of your gear, including pct before you start. Before you buy too post all of the stuff you are going to get and we'll help[ you some more.
What is you diet like? What do you eat on a normal day?

eggs for breakfast, chicken/beef/pork w/pasta for lunch and same for dinner. i drink 2 protein mix drinks throughout the day as well.

yup that diet sucks for gaining weight. Head to the diet forum and read the bulking sticky. Thats how you have to eat to gain weight. If you dont eat, steroids wont do jack shit for you!!
