    test prop

    i am doing 1cc of test prop (100mg) eod, this is my first cycle. is this ok, or should i be doing 1.5cc since it is eod?

    You'll be fine with 1cc for a first cycle.

    ^^ agreed, 100mg EOD should give you good results being your first cycle.

    My only advice would be to try 50mg in your first shot to see how it feels for you. Some people are very sensitive to Prop and it can cause big painful welts in the injection site. It also causes the "test flu" in some people also so just start with a low dose the first time and see how you feel the next day.

    If have problems with prop pain try cutting it with sterile cotton seed oil to dull the pain.. I agree 100 mg eod will suffice.

    Use at least 6 site locations to give enough time for sites to settle down if you have pain problems. Quads, glutes and delts.

    any issues with lats? i would like to do gluets, quads and lats. is there any advantage to doing it in delts instead of lats?

    well yes , its easier

    do delts, bi, tris, quads, glutes, chest, and then rotate, always split the injection into both sides of a spot (half a cc in both delts for example).....don't bother with other sites....also it helps with the pain to inject the site b4 training it - alt least with me
