    (geting primed for next cycle)CLEN?

    Im in the middle of geting primed for my next cycle. I have been off for a little longer than I was on. Im really eating clean and doing cardio 4 times a week at 45mins trying to get rid of some belly fat. Is what i wanted to no was would it be benifcal to take clen on cardio days to help with the belly fat? Im not trying to get realy shreaded just want to see my abbs again. I also hav a realy bad problem when I lower my carbs to low I get lose of vison dont get headachs alot but it ushally lasts about 45mins and then i can see fine. what should i do? I hav had every doctor in the contry try to figur this out and have just acsepted the fact that this is how i am. What do you think would be the best way to lose some bodyfat in my case? Dnp/clen/t3

    Without aas? Clen and 25 to 50mcgs of t3.

    I did a cycle of clen before I started my bulking cycle. IMO it worked great. I used it every day for three weeks with a strict diet & cardio.

    BTW, im no doctor, but since carbs are tied to insulin, and vision problems is a sign of being diabetic, make sure he has checked that out. I'm sure he has, but just wnated to mention it in case. I had a family member that almost went in to diabetic coma because he didnt know he was diabetic, and that's some serious $hit...

    It appears as though you need more study on each compound, but here's some info:

    Clen is typically run continuously (on workout days too), or 2wks on 2wks off. The former is a far better protocol, permitting constant burning...many run Benadryl every 3rd wk for the entire wk at 50mgs to upregulate the beta-2 receptor (place of absorption).

    Running T3 w/o aas is counter productive to any training goal.

    DNP requires much study; don't use it until you're very familiar with it and the required supplements.

    ok I got some Q's for you.I just read all about clen. I started at a dose of 20mcg or one pump. could you plese expain why you think useing t3 is conter productive. all that I have read it seems to work better. I am off cycle right now.

    It's debatable but T3 can chomp up too much muscle to make it productive. In other words you get smaller and lighter but your bodyfat doesn't really go down.

    one thing to consider is that clen could further complicate things since it actually reduces insulin sensitivity/increases insulin resistance. As does ephedrine and probably albuterol. I had one episode after weightlifting, then cardio i literally felt week as hell, sweated PROFUSELY from the gym till 20 mins after i got some whey and dex in me. I never had hypoglycemia like that before and i was on clen at the time.

    Also, i have cut on 0gm of carbs, and 200, and got just as cut. Keep in mind also some carbs in the diet helps the fat burning process as insulin is required to turn t4 to t3.
    So dont go to low. Peace.

    Really doubt you have diabetes, and if you have seen a doctor I'm sure they ruled it out.

    I wou;d be careful using clen for priming because of rebound. Many people find that after using clen if they dont stick to a very strict low carb diet that fat comes right back. Now your going to prime then go right into a bulk diet a presume, this may cause a substantal increase in bf. For priming just do it naturaly, it seems to many members on this board are looking for chemicals to do all the work when dieting and dedication would be more then enough to make up the difference.

    There is no debate.

    Cytomel is a very powerful synthetic hormone that indiscriminately consumes any available energy resource. Thus, although employed to burn the energy from food and stored fat, it WILL (even at low doses) also cannibalize lean muscle tissue (another source of energy). Since muscle is obviously desirable and a natural fat burner itself, the net value of taking Cytomel is a loss, that is unless taken in conjunction with muscle preserving aas which negate Cytomel’s muscle burning tendencies while embracing its fat burning ones.
