Clen is typically run continuously (on workout days too), or 2wks on 2wks off. The former is a far better protocol, permitting constant burning...many run Benadryl every 3rd wk for the entire wk at 50mgs to upregulate the beta-2 receptor (place of absorption).
Running T3 w/o aas is counter productive to any training goal.
DNP requires much study; don't use it until you're very familiar with it and the required supplements.
