Studies have shown that ephedrine can cause serious heart problems in some people. It had been banned, but lobbyists got the ban lifted. If it's affecting you try lowering your dosage, or stop. Any heart irregularity will show up on an ekg, no matter the cause.
Yep. It happened to me. I answered all your questions in your other thread.
How long should i wait to i get anther ekg reading done. My last day was on thursday. when will it be back to normal?
When your body settles down from the ephidrine, or you stop feeling palpitations/tremors.Originally Posted by skr0w
Absolutely. Consider me an ephedrine expert. 6.5% of Ephedrine HCL is metabolized and reduced directly into its methamphetamine counterpart.
The ephedrine that isn't converted will directly affect your CNS and acts as a vasoconstrinctor constricting blood vessels and putting them under intense pressure. High enough doses can cause vessels to completely die off (especially in the blood vessels in the back of your neck/ top of your spinal cord)
But even still, its LONG TERM use that can only cause long term heart issues. If you are experiencing these problems however NOW, and you're not use to it, chances are its just beginning to take a toll on your body.
And I would completely stop taking the ephedrine. I am ANTI ANY analog of amphetamine. Ephedrine is one and so is aderal, plus dextro and many others.
Even worse than heart palpitations is the sensitization of your adrenal glands. I'm not going to get deep into medical talk. But the various adrenal receptors will multiply and cause adrenal glands to fire off nor epinephrine and epinephrine (adrenaline) INVOLUNTARILY in LARGER than normal amounts.
This means when you sense fear or feel anxiety, your body will over react and flood your blood with adrenaline placing massive strain on your heart.
This lasts for years after heavy usage and can lead to a heart attack or stroke.

Thanks for the info. I was taking 2 pills a day for five weeks do you think it's possible that that will cause permant damage?

I hear the ECA stack is most effective means of cutting on a lot of post, if it is bad for long term health what do you guys think would be a good alternative? Just a thermogenic?
I hit it for 4 weeks at 2pills a day along with 200mg. of caffine and 2 81mg of asprin and and had an abnormal ekg. the doc said "it looks like you have been taking something." i stopped the ephedrine a day before i got the ekg.
I take 25 mg hcl before every workout with a cup of coffee. I breath deeper and have more stamina. I never take more, and have never had a heart problem. I'm of the belief ephidrine got a bad name because people typically abuse it. a REASONABLE dose is no risk imho.
Does hitting the juice cause abnormal heart beats?
Ephedrine directly stimulates the sympathetic nervous system (Increased heart rate, vaso-constriction, vaso-dialation)....could definately see how that could in long term use cause abnormal heart beats....clen as well...but as for "juice"....assuming test...I wouldn't think so...
Yeh just for the record that intensity and duration will not do crap to the average person in terms of any form of damage.
For something like ephedrine you'd have to take it for like 1-2 years straight at that dose before you started noticing problems or permanent damage (unless you had a pre-existing heart condition) or literally guzzle down like 5000mg a day for those 5 weeks which goes beyond abuse and more into suicidal.
The word "abuse" would be the determining factor here and you are def not abusing it. But for anyone who has already ran a toll on their heart (with other or similar drugs) it would be a totally different story.
quick question bojangles. So are you saying even years after you stop taking ephedrine (in excessively large dosages) that your adrenal gland is still stimulating your adenergic receptors in abnormal ways? AKA releasing more Epi/Norepi than need be? Just curious bro. Pretty interesting stuff. Hit me up in PM or put it out here for general knowledge, just curious to know what you know.
i think it does man
Hey Bojangles, does the same go for Clen?
I used it and loved it. I don't use it anymore just because i don't feel like paying out the @$$ for it.
I crush an snort the stuff![]()
