    Best Roids for College Basketball

    Alright, I will be playin College Basketball and Baseball this year but I'm a little smaller than I want to be by the start of the season. I'm tryna figure out which roids will be best for my situation. Any suggestions?

    Secondly, aas are not really drugs that help you from a cardiovascular standpoint. You play basketball, I don't really think any steroid is going to do much to help your game. The extra weight isnt going to improve your jump, and most basketball players are very lean anyways.

    Are you trying to plan a cutting cycle? We need more info.

    yeah im trying to get a little bigger becuase of the physicallity of the game not really to improve my jump i'm fine with my skills just not my size

    Alright bro, you wont like to hear this. You are too young for steroid use. At 160 pounds for your height you are also extremely thin. Diet is your best friend to gain weight, your natural test levels should be through the roof at this point in time and if you juice, you are only wasting your potential.

    read up in the diet section to learn how to bulk if you are trying to gain, try and take advantage of your natty test levels!

    Stay away from the juice for a few years, you'll thank yourself that you did.

    training routine has been an offseason basketball workout...legs one day then arms the next then ball work the next day and repeat...and ive been on this diet since may

    You didnt even mention your diet? That was an extremely poor description of 'training' and 'diet'

    Get your butt in the diet and workout forums, and read until your head nearly explodes.

    I'll bet good money, any gains u make will vanish quickly once you are off steroids and playing basketball intensively// .. concentrate on stamina and fix your diet.

    You don't want to do steroids and I would advise against lifting weights. Get a strong diet figured out and do football type calisthentics like running tires, pushing blocking sled, tons of push-ups/sit-ups/chins/dips, run steps and run line sprints non-stop.

    steroids are gonna do more harm than good for what you are trying to accomplish. ESPECIALLY at your age. sorry man i know you don't wanna hear this stuff but its the hard truth. give yourself a couple years of hard core training and dieting and you will be thanking us later i promise you. research research research

    That was a terrible routine for some one seeking to gain, it sounds like you're more interested in hops and filling out the tank top.

    How can any lifting regimen not include chest and back?
