    Help

    HI GUYS i am currently running test e and eq cycle



    500mg of test e per week for 11 wks
    400 mg of eq per week for 10 weeks . Now i was wondering if i should add some winstrol durin week 6 to the end to get better gains?? I'm currently into week 3 of ma current cycle and strangly, i seem to be leaner than before i started this cycle my friends thinks its just psychological but i really think that i am getting leaner maybe due to the fact that test e has not kicked in yet or maybe its just that my diet is cleaner any wat do u guys think of adding the winny?? inputs opinions plzzz. Thanks.

    25 this year been training natural since 18 this is my first cycle is called a newbie gold cycle from my source. 177cm tall 78-80 kg

    You need to give it some more time ( test E at 3 wks )..

    You dont need winny . This is your first cycle so IMO there is not a need to use so many compounds . Why not stick with what you originally planned so you see how you react to test and Eq ??

    Sure winny could benefit ya ( effects on SHBG and so on ) but you wont need it .. Now please be totally clear this is just my opinion . I guess I am saying you start with that than whats your 4th 5th cycle going to look like

    2 g of test , 600 mg tren ace , 100 mg ot, ( see what i am saying)..

    I say concentrate on your diet as that is what is going to get you where you want to be at this point... Its much better for you to invest you researching time on diet and dont worry about adding other compounds at this point ..

    at three weeks your neither your test or eq has probably kicked in. i dont know you but it sounds like your getting your deit right and this is probably causeing the changes in your body.

    If you are leaner, it is most likely a result of the eq. it is a cutting steroid after all. Diet is the most important factor when it comes to body composition, make sure it is in check and you can change your body any way you please. Keep your cycle simple, you don't need to include the winny.

    you are getting little from the eq in week 3 as it is an undeconate ester

    The test e has far from peaked

    You should extend the cycle a couple of weeks if you can get the gear

    Eat more and wait for the gains to come.

    JMO, EQ should be taken for minimum 12 weeks, especially at that dose. 14 is ideal for me, but that means extending your test e also.

    Thanks for the imput bro really appreciate that will look into my diet and try and fine tune my diet. I have heard form other anabolic user that after running a test e cycle they gained noting but muscle dont really think thats possible anyway. Anyway my diet is super sick consisting of TONNES of vegetables ,tuna,eggs and shakes for protien source i heard tuna is pretty good at keeping urself lean.

    Oh yea have any one read about the blood constriction method whereby lets say u work ur biceps and u preven blood flow to the biceps by lets say tying a thight band across ur arm where the bottom of the delts are. and when you are done, due to the fact that they are deproved of blood, after removintg the band, blodd will flow there like crazy causing a flood of nutrients into ur "dehydrating" muscles.

    OK .....

    Dont know bout that one ....

    Now you if you wanna try a antagonistic -group training approach which moves blood from one muscle group to an opposing one . Now that can be a very effective training protocol..

    I will bump for you proposed band method ..

    That 'band method' sounds ridiculous, why would you deprive your muscle of blood right in the middle of training it? Constant blood flow to the worked muscle seems to be much more important to me.

    Yes your already depleting glycogen from your training stimulus.. Why would you want to deprive your muscles of anything beyond that ???

    So that once u remove the band blood carrying watever shit that u have just taken in (post workout supplements) would be rushed into that area? i read that in a magazine musclemag i think couple of months ago
