Does your body know how long it is shut down for?

I am just wondering. I am NOT thinking of extending my cycle as the lethargy is killing me.
The question i have is does your body know the difference (therefore making pct tougher) in how long it is shut down? For example if a shot of decca totally shuts down my natural test, is my body worse off right now after 8 weeks of decca vs after the first shot?
Is it harder to keep gains if someone had a long cycle and was shut down longer vs a shorter cycle? Hope these questions make sense as im not completely sure on how to phrase them but its something i was wondering about.

There are many conflicting opinions on this. Some people say that it makes no diffrence in recovery if you are shut down for 1 week vs 3 months, others say that the longer you are shut down the harder recovery is. I am drawn more towards the theory that the longer you are shut down the harder it is to recover.

Keep in mind 100 mg of deca can shut you down so worse off you say ?? No your shut down and shut down is shut down..

Side note from merc > I have been seeing alot of people that are having alot of lethargy while using deca ( or some other 19 nors and even test) and have been noticing that people using caber in conjunction with 19 nors the lethargy (witch in my opinion is caused by the effects of the steroids , deca or test or whatever lowers t-3 and inturn raises progesterone which can lead to loss of sex drive and lethargy) seems to dissipate I also have seen this in patients that use a small dose of t-3 (in conjunction with a cycle) End boring side note from merc lol

Yeah the body knows, not only as to the length of the cycle but to the degree you are suppressed.
