I play college basketball and coach would like me to get bigger. I started viewing the forums on bulking diets and have gained 10 pounds upping my calorie intake to 4000-5000 a day. I recently got some test e. The guy told me it would be very effective to gain at least 12 lbs. (500mg a week/10 weeks) My question is how much of that weight can i retain if i keep my work outs and diet up?
