im hungry...
That shit is so gross.... I wanna puke just thinking about it.
I use to make burritos with it (mix in some brown rice, low fat/low carb salsa/peppers/onions) and I ate them everyday for like 6 months.
I get sick just thinking about them now.
Where I shop the ground turkey is like ground beef, it comes with different amounts of fat. There is lean ground turkey that has like 5% fat or regular with like 20% fat.
I get extra lean ground turkey at Costco.
~8 oz. has 7 grams of fat.

Yeah, the fat % makes a big difference. The 99% ground turkey for example is a very good source of pure protein:
120 calories
1g fat
28g protein
This is the fresh 98% lean ground turkey, I asked the buthcher he said
3.5oz had 26gr prtein and one gram of fat. I just switched to this, tired of chicken needed a change. It just feels that im not loosing fat as fast as I would on chicken or just holding more water.
Thanks for the inputs though
