1st question: Did any one ever tried to take creatine 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, for the whole mass seazon? If yes what could you tell me about this solution?
2nd question: Which monohydrates do you recommend to take? And how do I check the amount of creatine in a product (It doesn't say it in grams on the nutrition facts)
3rd question: Exept Protein, carbo, multivitamin, zma, tribulus, amino acids, what else could i take along with creatine?
4th question: Does anyone know some cheap online stores? Cause f***in bodybuilding.com is like the most expensive one!
