just curious, i was thinking of doing a cycle of sustanon 250 for 10 weeks, and followed by winni. i know to eat clean and alot, and take alot
of protein in. but i am confused, because i workout on mon, wed, fri, and the other days, i like to do cardio!,while on sustanon250, will doing cardio be wasting my time, considering it will burn calories? just confused! or , will it be to my advantage to burn fat, and not to lose bulk while using sustanon?
