    Liquid therapy

    Just read in Men's Health mag that taking a shower using COLD and then HOT in 2-min intervals and as much as you can stand, shows to improve blood flow and reduce muscle soreness after a workout.

    Sounds good... tried it... talk about making a shower miserable!!!

    you can also do this, heat for 10 ice for 5 and than heat for 5. hot /cold contrast is a great therapy
