Hey guys, I've been out of the gym for about 7 months and was getting ready to go back and thought I'd try something new, which brought me to this site. I just learned about epistane and it sounded like it would be a good starting point for someone who has never taken anything more than otc supps (protein,creatine,etc...). My question is stacking epistane and clen from ar-r to try and lose some bf, is this O.K. or does epistane help increase metabolic rate enough by itself to burn some xtra calories. I took ephedra back in the day and like the added kick and energy. Thnx for any and all input.
