every other day when bulking for stamina purposes
1-2x a day when dieting.

Didnt do any for the majority of my bulking phase. 2x a week now, just because I'm starting to get a little round and exasperated from the weight.
I do Cardio after every workout and do a short five to ten minute jog before lifting to warm up. I wonder though if all the cardio may be putting a damper on my muscle gains.
Yes it will, if you are doing extensive cardio and burning off more calories than needed you will not gain much weight. When bulking, cardio is kept to a minimum.Originally Posted by Mojoman

being lifting weights is out for me, due to a back injury and the insurance company watcing me, in january i was in the 260s, in my avy im in the 250s. i did try to diet but i failed, so i turned to cardio......i am now at one hour on the stationary bike and a half hour walking out side in the heat, 4 to 5 days a week. weighed in at 221 yesterday morning. my bros say i look bigger now then at 250. i still got fat thou and plan to keep it going till i see all abs.
i do cardio almost ed sometimes 2x day when dieting. usually only do 20mins pwo when bulking, maybe 3-4 days a week.
a workout is not a workout witout some cardio
basketball or jiu jitsu once a week
It is 2 a day preseason for me in soccer and today is my day off, I DON'T WANNA KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARDIO!!! ;(

I was cutting over the summer and did a little cardio after lifting. I also did it once a week with abs. Got bf down low, but I'm naturally lean. Gonna start bulking in the next few weeks and will prob do a little after workouts.
at least hour each morning..15 minutes easy before lifting then somtimes 30 minutes easy after lifting (65% )
30 min or 3 mile every day, still get the runners high from it haha
Rugby practice twice a week and then a game on Saturday is all the running I need. Actually, it's more like "trotting" than running, for me. I'm a fat bastard.
