Hey guys, heres some recent pics of me all natural (this far) at 6'4 221 pounds, 22 years old. I recently went from 237 down to a lean 210 but decided i was way to skinny. My goal now is to take it up to around 240 maintaining a relativly low bodyfat.
Let me know what you think. Any comments or advice would be appreciated.
i kno the chest sucks and i have gyno in my left nipple i got when i was like 14. I told my doctor about it at the time and he said it was normal. I would like to get rid of it and was wondering if nolva or letro would work in a gyno cause from puberty.
