Im currently on cycle, and was wondering if its ok to train 5 days straight. I know its prolly best to go 2on and 1 off, but if i feel ok to train should I go like 5-6 days a week? Does being on or off cycle change anything in this matter>?

You recover quicker on cycle.
You want to train 5 days on and 2 days off. That said, steroids do not increase total recovery time because its mostly the CNS and joints that get over-trained as opposed to the actual muscle fibers.Originally Posted by jixxxer
On cycle, I'll do 3 on 1 off, but thats me. Sometimes those three days hit on Fri,Sat,& Sun. But sometimes we have to make sacrifices. Off cycle I'll go 2-1.
5 days a week is fine. When I'm doing 5 days my training goes like this.
Monday - Back, Traps
Tuesday - Chest, Calves
Wednesday - Quads and Hams
Thursday - Shoulders, Calves
Friday - Arms
