They're not the same, not if you look more closely. It's the Poly vs the Mono.

Mono are the healthy fats found in nuts, avocados, and oils. Olive oil is 75% mono, 2nd is canola oil which is 60% mono without much saturated fat and no trans fat ( go with canola if it's any cheaper for you).

Corn is vedy vedy bad fo you in any form. Lots of fungus. I stay way from any form of it. There are tons of good sources for EFA's so you don't have to stick with just oils; almonds, walnuts, avacados, all natural organic peanut butter(just to name a few). Check your gorcery store for any type of ***** oil blend (usually canola, saflower and sunflower mixture) its alot cheaper than olive oil.

Olive oil has to much fat per tblsp

i think im going to start cookin with light butter now, its only 2g of fat per tblsp and it has some poly and mono fats, not alot like olive oil, but it sure does have ALOT less fat than olive oil 14>2
