Question For A Female???

My wife is considering using a cutting steroid. I don't have much experience with female and side effects from roids??
Which would be the best to use?? With the least side effects and how can I determine which she would be more prone to get.
Like for me hair loss is not an issue. But I get lots of acne... Can you help me out?
