hey guys..I got a question maybe someome can help with..I'm about to start bulking again and I wanna take in around 3000-5000 calories a day,240-300 g preotein 80 grams fat..I weigh 200 right now,I plan on getting up to 225 but I dont wanna get too sloppy..I'm not really sure what ratio of carb intake to implement..any suggestions,maybe a sample diet plan any advice would really help me..thanks!!!
