Hey guys!

Its been a long time since I've been "on" last march I finished a cycle of test prop and anavar.(loved the results) I'm preparing for my fall cycle of anadrol and test prop. I have all pins bottles of prop and all my pct and the drol. My question is, right now I weigh in at about 225 I'm 5'5'' and out of shape because of the summer boozing and what not. I have been very clean with my diet the last week or so doing about 45-60 minutes of cardio lifting lift high reps. I'm looking to start the cycle a week from tomorrow, should this be ample time to get my body back in to the work out routine before I hop back on the gear? Also my body fat is about im gonna say 24% I look like a body builder in the off season, at least thats what I have been told, so please fell free to comment and let me hear some opinions.
