    Ok so I had the thread http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...04612&posted=1
    But some told me I received some bad advice in it. So I'm trying this again and want some opinions on it.

    Orignally I was going to do 500mg of test e for 10 weeks with a 1000mg front load on week one taking Arimidex .5mg each day

    But I was told being my first cycle I shouldn't bother with the front load just do 500mg of test e or cyp for 12 weeks.

    So the couple questions on that. Should I front load? Does it matter between test e or cyp? They look pretty similar. Also was looking at test prop. Besides the fact that you gotta do daily injections I like the fact that its out of the system fast. 2-3 weeks as opposed to 2-3months. Whats peoples take on this? Pros and cons?

    Also with the arimidex. People have said its not needed, its needed, .25 mg, .5mg each day, every other day. What is it for the love of god! Keep hearing different things

    Ok moving on then to pct
    Is nolva enough? Nolva 40mgs ED for first week--30mgs ED 2nd week--20mgs ED 3rd week--10 mgs ED last week? Anything else I can add to the pct to help maintain my gains? Some have suggested clomid. But from what I read you don't need to take clomid and nolva together plus the side effects of clomid seem worse.

    Diet Questions... I know there is a diet thread but I'm just gonna post this part here. Just give me a quick ok or not if I need to work a few more things out before I start my cycle.

    First off before I get into specifics.. Someone told me not to mix carbs and fats? Never heard that before. Is that just with post workout shakes? Fats slowing down absorptions of carbs or something I guess?

    As per diet. Generally eat 4-6 times a day. I normally do 5-6 but just doing some school shit not so its a little hectic. (Thats why I wont start till December when I finish) Time between meals is every few hours. So basically Breakfast couple hrs then snack then couple hrs then lunch couple hrs snack couple hrs then dinner and then a shake before bed if I worked out that day. Simple carbs are taken in with my shakes around my workouts to help create insulin spike and I try to avoid carbs around bed time.

    My workout shakes look like this (I'd up the amount when bulking but im cutting now)

    Pre workout
    dextrose 20 g
    whey 5g
    leucin 1g
    vit c 100 mg
    vit e 60 iu
    some sodium
    potassium 100 mg
    magnesium 100mg

    post work out (first 45 min)
    dextrose 40g
    Whey 20g
    leucine 2 g
    glutamine 2g
    vit c 100mg
    vit e 400 iu
    copper 6mg
    zinc 100mg
    selenium 200mg

    Post workout (2-4hrs after and before bed)
    Dextrose 4g
    Whey 15g
    Casein 5g
    Leucine 2g
    Glutamine 2g

    As per total pro, carb fat ratio I'm trying for this roughly as I'm cutting so I upped the protein a bit more. I'm not perfect but I can generally keep it pretty close. I'm counting my cals and stuff now.
    Now I'm doing
    40% carb
    40% protein
    20% fat

    When bulking id prob drop protein to 30% and maybe do 50% carbs or 30% fat. What do you think is better?

    Right now since I'm cutting I'm trying to take in about 2000-2500 cals a day. I'd imagine I'd need about 3000-3500 a day during the bulk.

    So opinions please

    before i start i wanna say 2 things.. ur funny haha and damn man u wrote a book.

    test e or cyp is similar like u said. u can go wit either or. i've heard cyp gives more bloat than test e.

    test prop depending on the lab is usually known for givin a pain aka prop pain. it'll give u leaner gains. needs to be shot everyday or everyother day.

    im not too familiar wit amirdex but its the best anti-e.

    i did nolva n clomid for pct and i got my balls back, thats all i wanted. do some readin up on pct again.

    2 grams of l-glutamine after a workout is useless. take at least 10g if any at all.

    increase ur whey before ur workout, increase ur cals too. 2000-2500 is for a grown male who doesnt workout. i'd take 4000 cals clean. whats ur stats?

    I read it all and I want to start off by saying

    We need cliff notes. lol

    I would use a BMR calculator to help you get the calorie numbers you need and go from there. This way you can be sure your not eating to little.

    Thanks man.. I aim to please... Its kinda funny cause I figured this would be kinda of a science but it seems everyone has there own input and I cant get a general consensus on anything. I read one thing and then buddy tells me another. Then another guy says hes all ****ed up listen to me..

    Anywho. I wrote the novel because When I do things I like to make sure I do them right and I'll drive you guys nuts before I'm comfortable that I got all the facts so feel free to

    Ok so to answer your questions and to prob a bit more.

    Now prop pain are you referring to when you inject it pain at the site? My bro did test prob said the pain was bearable and I'm tougher than him so if he can handle it I should be ok What bout test susp? Not worth the hassle for a first timer I guess? The detection time is definitely a good selling point imo. But I guess if you say test prop causes pain then test susp would be alot worse. Doesn't sound like its good for a beginner.

    I'll keep reading into amirdex but hopefully someone will chime in soon...

    For pct you did nolva and clomid together? Experience any side effects? Depression and the sort? Vision problems etc? From what I read between the nolva profile and the clomid profile its kinda redundant to run both....

    Hows that sound? I'd like to maintain as much as possible the first cycle because it might be all I plan on doing. No more than two anyways.


    I've based my workout shakes on the book nutrient timing by John Ivy and Robert Portman. They basically say that the ratio for pre workout drinks should be 3 or 4 to 1 ratio of carbs to protein because its highly digestible... In regards to the glutamine... I'm taking in more than that I know because thats just the extra I add on top of my shake not including whats in the whey already. Plus doesn't glutamine have a poor bioaviability? So It's not going to get all absorbed fast anyways?

    Oh and with the cals.. I'm taking in around 2500 now because I'm trying to cut weight. I prob gotta eat around 3000 to maintain my weight Id Imagine.

    age 24
    height5'10
    weight 180-185 lbs
    bf% should be about 10-12% bf. Pics in the that thread i posted earlier

    What about the front load? The dose size of test?

    The caloric calculator linked in the diet thread ( http://www.activeusa.com/calculators...calc_togo.cfm# ) says between 2900 and 3300 cals for a 5'10 185 lb moderetly active to very active person. So I guess for the bulk I'll prob need to be around 3500-4000 but for the cut I think I'm ok around 2500.

    700cals over will put you around 4000 so that should be great for you.

    All I do is eat chick,lean red meat,egg whites,shakes,nutts,oats,Brn-rice & drink a lot of water all that other stuff ?dunno

    i have adhd, and i hate takin my adderall..
    but i wouldnt ever spike my insulin pre workout.
    2ndly .. i want cliff notes too

    Ok post will be shorter from now on.. :P Why not get your insluin up during the workout? I drink that drink starting 10 mins before and sip on it through the workout finishing 15-20 mins before I end. Still waiting on the the info bout the cycle itself
