But some told me I received some bad advice in it. So I'm trying this again and want some opinions on it.
Orignally I was going to do 500mg of test e for 10 weeks with a 1000mg front load on week one taking Arimidex .5mg each day
But I was told being my first cycle I shouldn't bother with the front load just do 500mg of test e or cyp for 12 weeks.
So the couple questions on that. Should I front load? Does it matter between test e or cyp? They look pretty similar. Also was looking at test prop. Besides the fact that you gotta do daily injections I like the fact that its out of the system fast. 2-3 weeks as opposed to 2-3months. Whats peoples take on this? Pros and cons?
Also with the arimidex. People have said its not needed, its needed, .25 mg, .5mg each day, every other day. What is it for the love of god! Keep hearing different things![]()
Ok moving on then to pct
Is nolva enough? Nolva 40mgs ED for first week--30mgs ED 2nd week--20mgs ED 3rd week--10 mgs ED last week? Anything else I can add to the pct to help maintain my gains? Some have suggested clomid. But from what I read you don't need to take clomid and nolva together plus the side effects of clomid seem worse.
Diet Questions... I know there is a diet thread but I'm just gonna post this part here. Just give me a quick ok or not if I need to work a few more things out before I start my cycle.
First off before I get into specifics.. Someone told me not to mix carbs and fats? Never heard that before. Is that just with post workout shakes? Fats slowing down absorptions of carbs or something I guess?
As per diet. Generally eat 4-6 times a day. I normally do 5-6 but just doing some school shit not so its a little hectic. (Thats why I wont start till December when I finish) Time between meals is every few hours. So basically Breakfast couple hrs then snack then couple hrs then lunch couple hrs snack couple hrs then dinner and then a shake before bed if I worked out that day. Simple carbs are taken in with my shakes around my workouts to help create insulin spike and I try to avoid carbs around bed time.
My workout shakes look like this (I'd up the amount when bulking but im cutting now)
Pre workout
dextrose 20 g
whey 5g
leucin 1g
vit c 100 mg
vit e 60 iu
some sodium
potassium 100 mg
magnesium 100mg
post work out (first 45 min)
dextrose 40g
Whey 20g
leucine 2 g
glutamine 2g
vit c 100mg
vit e 400 iu
copper 6mg
zinc 100mg
selenium 200mg
Post workout (2-4hrs after and before bed)
Dextrose 4g
Whey 15g
Casein 5g
Leucine 2g
Glutamine 2g
As per total pro, carb fat ratio I'm trying for this roughly as I'm cutting so I upped the protein a bit more. I'm not perfect but I can generally keep it pretty close. I'm counting my cals and stuff now.
Now I'm doing
40% carb
40% protein
20% fat
When bulking id prob drop protein to 30% and maybe do 50% carbs or 30% fat. What do you think is better?
Right now since I'm cutting I'm trying to take in about 2000-2500 cals a day. I'd imagine I'd need about 3000-3500 a day during the bulk.
So opinions please
