    My PCT look Ok?

I am in week 5 of a 10 week Testanon / 5 week D-bol cycle. 250mgs of Testanon every 3rd day for 10 weeks and 30 mgs of D-bol ED for 4 weeks, 40 mgs ED for 5th week (split in 3 doses).

For the 1st 5 weeks I was running .5 mg of Liquidex ED to combat bloat and gyno which I am prone to with D-bol. Once the D-bol is done (the end of this week), I'll bump it down to .5 EOD. I'll start my PCT 15 days after my last Testanon shot and during that 15 days I'll be taking Gaspari Nutrition Novadex XT 4 caps ED(I know it's probably useless, but I have it sitting around and might as well get rid of it). My PCT is going to be as follows:

Day 1-10: 50 mgs of Nolva and .5 mg of Liquidex ED
Day 10-20: 40 mgs of Nolva and .5 mg of Liquidex ED
Day 20-30: 30 mgs of Nolva ED and .5 mg of Liquidex EOD

I will also be taking 1000mgs of Milk Thistle, 2000 mgs of Fish oil and Flaxseed oil, 800 IU Vit.E, B-Complex, 2000 mgs of Vit. C and ZMA all ED.

I was going to X_Moe, but I have such a hard time on that stuff. I become miserable and emotional and feel like a bitch. That and it KILLS my libido.
Should I add it and just deal with it, or will I be ok with just the Nolva for SERM duty?

Sorry about the delay, I think I was taking 100 for the first week then 50 mgs a day for the remaining 30 days.

Doesn't Arimidex and Nolvadex kind of counteract each other?

They don't cancel each other out, if that is what you are implying. But supposedly A-dex and Letro will lower the blood concentrations of Nolva, hence making it less (not completely) effective.
