im 22 6' 170lbs (when you look at me you wouldent think that i weigh that much) i have trouble gaining weight but im getting a lil stronger day by day but not really getting much bigger. i read the sticky and realized that i have to eat more to get bigger. but my first question is i have a small amount of fat on my stomach that you only see when im sitting down(shirt off of course) my question is how do i get rid of that? people have told me that the only way is to do cardio. should i do this everyday and just eat alot more to compinsate what im burning off doing cardio? i really dont want to loose to much wieght but if thats my best bet then i will do it. i used to have a 6 pack and i just want it back lol. im trying to avoid fatty foods and trying to eat healthy. my diet right now is
6am- 5 eggs with a piece of white toast -a blue berry muffin if i wake up to late
9am- a turkey wrap
noon- a turkey wrap, wheat thins
3-4pm- pretzil rods(about 4)
5-6am- this is always diff since im not the one that cooks or buys the food. but we ussualy have pasta with sauce, pork chops,baked chicken,rice,veggies
7-8pm- whey with glutamine and bcaa, and no shotgun before my work out and right after minus the shotgun. and ill have a lil snack when i get home
i know my diet is prob all wrong thats why im asking you guys to help me out...i just looked at the stickys and i realized some of the stuff i was doing wrong.
