Anybody know of a good med to help with the stomach flu.. I 've got shit coming out both ends and it is impossible to hold any food down..I've been drinking Pepto but it doesnt do anything for me..Any suggestions on good meds?

Its just going to take some time. Thats about it. I drink gatoraid/poweraid when I'm sick to keep the electrolytes up in the body. I sometimes even buy pediasure.

id like to know too man ive had it for a week and even had to stop my cycle because i cant keep food down or train

I had it a few weeks ago, sucked big time. Just have to let it run it's course, drink plenty of fluids to help keep from getting dehydrated.

just an fyi i had a stomach virus once and i got pain killers from the doc.

really depends on your symptoms bro. there are anti-virals out there, but they are used on a case by case basis.stay hydrated...and let it run its course. you body is jusy riddiing itself of the toxins...

pepto always worked for me, mixed with a couple tums and some gatorade
