Hey wats up guys this is actually my first post. I wanted to ask I've been workin out for about 2 years never jumpd on anything , I'm right now 215lbs hoping to get to 235lbs, I was 295lbs before lost all the wieght and hoping to get bigger,
my arms are at a solid 17.5"
Chest 42"
My waist is 32"
I wanna get to about 19" on my arms and larger shoulders. wat do u guys recommend??
