My goal is to get bigger, but be ripped and cut up. My ideal look is 6,8, or even better 12 pack hard look a lot of vascularity. I posted pictures on my thread in the main Steroids Question/Answer forum. I am posting my sample diet (today up to right now). Is this OK?
I am 5'10 170, lifting 2 1/2+ years, workout 5 days a week, low cardio once a week. Again, I'm looking to be cut not massive and bulky.
