what do u guys feel about ketchup on a cutting diet?
it only has 4g sugars per tblsp, is that ok?
the reason i ask is because i LOOOOOVE shrimp cocktail, especially the spanish way its made, hot sauce, seasoned shrimp water, little bit of ketchup and some good ol Pico de Gallo !!!

but you do use alot of ketchup, but keep in mind, u dont eat the ketchup, its just to give the flavor to the shrimp.
after having a cup full of it (about 8oz) of all this stuff, when u eat the shrimp (about 21 pieces) u are left with about 1/2 the cup with ketchup and water mix, its really just there to give it flavor to the shrimp, and some good ones at that !!
but my question is, since im on a cutting diet, should i cut ketchup all together completely from my diet? or is it ok to have it with the shrimp to give it a hint of flavor?
if i were to say how much ketchup i eat per 8oz cup of shrimp, id say its about 4 tblsps of ketchup
so what do u guys think? is ketchup ok? or cut it out 100% ?!
