    hey new guy here

    hey i just want to make sure i dont mess myself up. so if someone could please tell me how exactly to shoot sustanon? from the gauge needle to cc's a wk and so on im 180lbs. i know its a lot to ask but im hoping someone with experience with sus. will help me not mess up.

    you need to do quite a bit of reading to get ready to cycle, all the info you will need is here.

    well im 180 not fat but not the 180 i had in mind when i was 150. 5'10 im a roughneck so i get plenty of work every day without having to hit the weights so much but i do have a home gym. i also have the option of stacking it with decca, ive done some research and i think this is a safe and effective enough way along with of course a high protein low carb diet that i am already on and have been for 3 months gettin ready for this step.

    I agree with ImaGetBigger. On another note, I like 21-22 gauge pins. You can inject a lot of different sites in the body mr. roughneck. LOL. Naaa I think that's cool. I do hard work sometimes with my job. I inject glutes, quads, delts, biceps, triceps, pecs, lats, triceps, and sometimes traps. For a first cycle though, you will only need one or two muscle groups. If you inject glutes, you will need one and a half inch pins. Anywhere else, 1 inch will suffice. You will only need to inject twice a week with a first cycle of sust 250, giving you 500 mgs for the week. Once on say monday, and once on thursday, 1cc each day. My first cycle I used glutes only without any problems. Delts would be super also. Quads are my favorite but the FIRST time you inject there can be potentially very painful. After two or three times, the pain is gone though. That is my advice to you. I would listen to what ImaGetBigger said and read also, as that is important.

    i appreciate the answers everyone i talk to says inject in the ass and 250mg a week but that seems odd to me to just target one area, it doesnt only effect the area u inject does it?

    250 is not enough by itself. I don't beleive in spot injecting long esters either. I've never heard any proof that it makes the muscle group it's injected to grow faster.

    You shouldn't try to use a insulin needle to inject oil. The needle is too small. 25g is the smallest i've ever used

    When you "spot inject" it does not effect only that local area. The only reason I do it is to keep the sites fresh. BTW, like I said before, 250mgs TWO times a week. Read up. That is most important.

    so how much loss can i expect if i quit using sus. after a couple of cycles, keep in mind i just want about 20lbs of converted muscle.

    just from the questions you are asking, I can tell you aren't ready. for your own good please do some research first.
    for instance, what exactly is your proposed pct? If you can't answer that in detail you are no where near ready.

    well i have the chance to get sus. im fit and i have good control of my diet but ya obviously this is new to me, that is why im here asking quest. im tryin to find out what i need to do. make no mistake though im not just going to jump in and mess myself up.

    that's cool, I'm not saying don't get it yet, just don't use it yet. You MUST understand pct before taking that first shot.

    when most guys say sus they mean test suspension.
    Imagetbigger knows what he's talking about, pct is important.

    If you think you can gain 20lbs of muscle on your frame i dont believe that you will be able to do it on a low carb diet. after you do some research why dont you post your cycle, diet and pct on here and some of us will help you firther modify things for the greatest benefit for you.
    I think the website that shows where and how to do injectons is s p o t i n j e c t i o n s right guys? I forget. I use 25 ga5/8 for delts, 25 ga 1 in for glutes and 23 ga 1.5in for glutes. for your size glutes would probably be the easiest and least painfull, although i love hitting the delts.

    Deca is not usually used as a "cutter"

    yes, you follow the same cycle until it is concluded, then do pct when scheduled after the cycle. When you start pct and what pct you take will be dependent on your cycle itself.

    Go with a 25 guage needle and rotate spots. If rotateing is going to be a problem then atleast make sure you hit left butt, right butt, left theigh, right thigh, repeat.

    You need atleast 500mg a week of sust for any real gains.

    get info on how to inject in the glutes. cant just put it anywhere. might hit the siatic nerve(sp?) how old are you? is your diet in check? how much protien/carb/fat and calories.

    deca is for bulking and yes you do stop gear all together. Thats why you need pct.

    alright im gonna spell it out for you.

    Hypothetical cycle. follow the kiss method Keep It Simple Stupid.

    weeks 1-12 inject 1 cc of sust250 every monday and thursday.

    then a week after your last injection start the pct below.

    Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
