I am looking for some cross over music, kind of how linkin park and jay z did it. I would like music that sounds rock with rap like singing, or a rap beat with rock singing.

How about some metal?![]()
man, i had 2 really really big threads going...
i tried to make a "post todays playlist thread", but nobody really participated
i made another thread where i posted a truckload of hard rock/alt bands (like linkin park, rev theory, burn season), and i have aquired alot more bands on top of what i had on that thread.........if you say the words, i will see if i can dig em up
ps, in my list of bands thread, i have added probly 50-100 more bands, and they are all accessible between ares and limewire
Problem is that the "Workout music" threads have been milked to death... just do a search for workout music in the lounge and you'll find thousands of posts on the subject, and threads dozens of pages long...Originally Posted by IronReload04

Dude linkin park combines rap and rock. They have the lead vocal singer Chester and then mike shinoda for rap.. Other than that I can't really help you sry ;(
Lexed Muse is a good one, their song hysteria was playing at the mall yesterday and actualy gave me the idea for this.
Insane Clown Posse I.C.P (((NOW thats good healthy wholesome music)))

limp bizcuit comes to my mind first....specific songs- Faith, Break Stuff, Nookie, Rollin', and i'm running short on the other song titles but theirs more from them i'd suggest...Slightly Older but its got the rap style flow with the rock foundation....and maybe Finger Eleven or stone sour...those two are a stretch and i'm just kind of going on a limb w/em
know we are friends, but i ****en hate limp bizcut

Was it at the Florabama by any chance? Been there done that.Originally Posted by Dizz28
naww, it was at the Bayfront Auditorium right on the water in pensacola. It's only a 2000person venue but back then, Korn and limp were just starting out so they couldn't do the Pensacola Civic center yetOriginally Posted by 3**
