    my stransformation cont.

    Here are some pics there is now about a 8 month differnce in them. Could some one estamate bf% and tell me what to work on. Also am I ready for a cycle? here are my stats 6ft1 212lbs. just turned 20years old.

    I'm going to assume that the last picture is you before you cut down correct?

    And be ready for :

    GEt your diet in check and gain more naturally before you juice.

    What kind of cardio did you do and diet to lose your weight? You seem like you know how to lose the weight.

    well. It took me a while to drop the fat. My first attempt I striped a lot of muscle as well. Then in my classes I learned that you burn fat best at about 25-30% effort for a longer period of time like 45min to a max of 60min on a slow jog or walk. I'm a kHS major and a bio minor and that is where I got a lot of my info. I also learned a Ton of stuff from the very nice members here. I did your basic diet for cutting.

    yea that last pic was befor I cut down. It was in the middle actually. I went from 295 down to 199 at one point. In that fat pic I was 245. This summer I bulked and got up to 225. Then recently I striped some fat and I'm at 215. I think I look better at 215 then I did at 199. I'll find a pic

    I agree with this, high intensity cardio seems to burn off more muscle for me as well, i always keep my cardio to longer low intensity sessions.

    the supps I used are just caffine pills. 200 mg each. I did this because they are the main ingridient in most diet pills. If you take them 1 hr before a work out they release free fatty acids into your blood stream and you will burn more fat this way. Never used any clen or anything like that. One day I would like to give it a try tho. I did cut out simple carbs entirley except for imediatley after a lift. Good luck man

    ordered sum caffeine pills off of ebay because u cant get them in sth aus.. Just wanted to know how u took them?? What was ur diet?? and how long did it take to cut up like you have?? cheers bro

    you did a good job cutting down. You can still go a long way natty EASILY.

    Don't use gear yet, i think you will benefit in the long run if you hold off

    here I am at 240

    been a while but here I am at 240 this time around lol. My old 240 doesnt look anything like this 240. This was about 1.5 -2 years diff.

    ide say its your own preference man..you look sick man..awesome transformation..if i was as cut as you i would be bulkingm especially with winter around the corner..but if you want to get super super lean, you shouldnt have to drop much weight to get there. what are your goals?

    dude I would love to be as big as you if thats you in the pic... I want to grow and grow but of course I have the Oh I was fat syndrom and it gets to me sometimes.

    yeah thats me in my pic..and honestly i was a fatass when i was younger too..honestly man, knowing what you know now, do you think you could actually become a fatass doing what you are doing? the difference now is you're doing something about it, and you look like you know enough to be doing it right. imo, you could add another solid 10-15 lbs without adding too much bodyfat. in my display pic im like 197 lbs(im 5'6) but ive been as high as 240..and was always comfortable putting on weight because i know what im doing, and can drastically change my body in any direction at any given moment because i have the work ethic and information to do it properly. im not telling you to go beyond your comfort zone if you want to lose some bodyfat an get crazy cut, do it..but imo, you are lean enough to put on some solid weight and continue bulking some more before you start to cut down.

    your arms look great, and traps. how are your legs? your belly looks bloated or is it just a weird photo?

    some legs

    only 27 inch at largest part of my quad. Not a good pic sorry will get a better one. But I did do 4x8 with 405 on squat "full squat no quarter shit".

    Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I agree tank about knowing what I know now lol. When I do bulk some people see the bloat in my face and say oh your getting fat. I then think well Im getting huge lol. But oh yea I have some extra skin on the bottom of my stomache and it kills me I always wonder what I would look like without it. Here is a pic.

    Dude, you're lookin awsome - don't worry about the extra skin. It will take a year or 2 to tighten up but you look so fit - it won't be a problem for you. I'd say watch the diet closely - timing of meals, etc. and workout like a mofo. Keep up the cardio - you've got it nailed. And BTW - even tho you don't look like a massive bodybuilder atm - you've def got the typ of physique chicks dig - you'll be a ***** magnet next summer at the beach! Props man!
