Milk Thistle dosage

IM taking 30 mg dbol a day how much milk thislte is good to prevent any type of liver damage i have liver support from gnc which i think is 940 mg of milk thistle per pill and i take three to four of them a day. The reason why i ask is im gettting a wierd feeling in my liver area and wanted to know if i should increase the dosage.

milk thistle is usually ran at 3000mg ED, tops 5000mg ED.

i would just take 4000-5000mgs....what yr body doesnt use, you piss out...no harm, no foul

say take 4-5 of your 940mg pills ED

How much water are you drinking? Are you taking any type of potassium supplements? How long have you been on d-bol?

I am not taking any potassium supplements and i think my water intake would maybe be at a gallon tops if that. Im trying to drink more water tho. I have been on d-bol for exactly a week i did 10 mg for 4 days then am now at 30 mgs

up water to at least 1.5 gallons, 2 if u can.

eat 2-3 bananas a day.

take in 4-5 grams of milk thistle....

Kinda not on topic, but how much are you guys paying for Milk Thistle? I checked Vitamin Shoppe and to take in 2000mg ED, it is about $80-100 for 2 months. Does that seems right?
