Okay, here is what you need for this "blowout" diet:
1. Either a Car, bike, dune buggy, roller blades, whatever.
2. $10.43
Hit up your local Taco-Bell and place an order for the following items: 2 taco supremes, 1 nacho bellgrande, 2 encharitos, 1 burrito supreme. Now run by the store and grab some oats for the next day.
Consume all the Taco Bell in one sitting, dont worry about the little puke that may come up, it goes right back downThen go to bed for the night.
Upon waking up, return to your clean-whole-food-diet. Make sure to eat 6 cups of oats that day: remember you're bulking so get your 3500 cals in. IMPORTANT: reserve at least a solid hour alone and bring a good book and lots of T.P. I was 2lbs lighter the next day!!!!
