ive been having problems with my weight for along time and i think its down to the diet.
m currently at about 208lbs and have about 25% BF, my goals are to trim the BF down, i have a xmas party at work on the 6th december so im aiming to be looking right for it.
im not on anything at the minute
this is the new diet i want to try.
Morning:
4x green tea extract tablets
1x multi-vit
Muesli (done in water)
protein shake with 1 banana thrown into it
Snack:
protein shake with 1 banana thrown into it
Lunch:
Chicken Sandwich (brown bread) or
Tuna mayo Sandwich (brown bread) or
Turkey Salad Sandwich (brown bread) or
Jacket Potato With Tuna or
Jacket Potato With Beans or
(no butter on any of this)
Snack:
protein shake with 1 banana thrown into it
Dinner: 2x tins of tuna
Snack:
protein shake with 1 banana thrown into it
any advice or fine tuneing ???
